  • As with any website operator, Urban WorkForce Advantage analyzes our website logs to constantly improve the value of our website. Our website logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.

Use of cookies:

  • Our website uses cookies in a limited way in order to improve usability of the site. Cookies are not used to identify you in any way. The cookies create bits of data called CFID and CFTOKEN which are a unique numeric combination which manage your session and improve its functionality. We do not use cookies to collect your name, internet service provider (ISP) or other personally-identifiable information. The only way we will learn more about you from a web session is if you choose to sign up for our mailing list, and even then the cookies created during your session are not linked to you in any way. Privacy of our email lists:

  • Urban WorkForce Advantage maintains an email list to keep interested individuals, the press, and policy makers informed about breaking events. Individuals must affirmatively request to join our mailing list. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone. In addition, we configure our list server software to refuse to divulge the email addresses of our list subscribers to anyone but authorized Urban WorkForce Advantage staff, including other list subscribers.
